Design in Details
This project is a full facade and exterior renovation, reimagining a two-story villa by honoring traditional Tunisian architecture while introducing a contemporary outdoor living experience. The design pays tribute to the region's heritage through its signature blue ceramic roof tiles, while every exterior space was reworked to bring modern comfort, light, and functionality to daily life.
The facade transformation is anchored by rows of glossy blue ceramic roof tiles, layered across balconies, terraces, and window awnings an unmistakable nod to Tunisian architectural identity. Clean white plastered walls contrast against natural stone cladding at the entrance and boundary walls, while dark-framed windows and a warm wood entry door add a refined, contemporary edge to the traditional silhouette.
The upper and lower terraces were redesigned as open, shaded living extensions, arched balcony openings and slender columns frame sweeping outdoor views, with recessed ceiling lighting turning the covered terrace into a comfortable gathering space day and night.
The modern swimming pool replaces the previous unused yard space, framed in clean white stone coping and finished with a sleek blue mosaic tile interior. A built-in water feature wall, framed in natural stone, brings a calming focal point to the poolside lounge area, while in-pool step lighting adds ambience after sunset.
The landscaped garden wraps around the pool and terrace with lush green lawn, flowering shrubs, and ornamental plants softening the stone and concrete surfaces, creating a natural buffer between the outdoor living zones and the boundary walls.
A dedicated covered car shelter was integrated into the property's entrance sequence, framed by natural stone pillars and a sliding privacy gate, combining practicality with the same material language used throughout the renovated facade.
The full renovation was delivered as a complete set of photorealistic 3D exterior renders, covering the facade, pool area, garden, terraces, and car shelter as one unified architectural vision.
Incredible Result
We anchored this renovation around a dialogue between heritage and modernity, the blue ceramic roof tiles and stone cladding preserve the villa's Tunisian architectural identity, while the modern pool, water feature wall, and landscaped garden bring the exterior fully up to date. The result is a facade that feels both rooted in local tradition and designed for contemporary outdoor living.
