This project presents the architectural and 3D design of a confection manufacturing factory, developed to combine industrial performance with a modern and professional identity. The design aims to support efficient textile production while enhancing the overall image of the facility.

Design Vision

The concept is based on functional clarity and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth workflow across all production stages. At the same time, the architectural language reflects a contemporary industrial aesthetic that reinforces the company’s professionalism and reliability in the confection sector.

Interior Design – Production & Workspaces

The interior layout was carefully designed to optimize:

• Confection production lines and sewing areas
• Circulation between work zones
• Employee comfort, safety, and productivity
• Lighting, ventilation, and spatial organization

Durable and easy-to-maintain materials were selected to meet industrial requirements while maintaining a clean and organized visual environment.

Exterior Design – Industrial Identity

The exterior design gives the factory a strong architectural presence. The layout also considers logistics, access control, and service circulation.

3D Modeling & Visualization

Detailed 3D modeling and visualization were used to present the project with precision, highlighting spatial volumes, and functional zoning before execution.
