This project presents a luxury villa exterior design in Mansoura, Kélibia, developed in 3D modeling to bring a sophisticated and modern aesthetic to life. The design focuses on creating a stunning facade, a functional swimming pool area, and a beautifully landscaped garden, ensuring a perfect balance between elegance, comfort, and outdoor living.

Key Features

• Facade Design:
  The villa’s facade reflects a modern luxury style, combining clean lines, natural materials, and large windows to maximize natural light. Attention was given to architectural detailing, texture contrasts, and color harmony to create a striking first impression.

• Swimming Pool Area:
  The pool is designed as the centerpiece of outdoor relaxation, featuring an elegant layout with a surrounding deck, sun loungers, and integrated lighting. It is carefully positioned to complement the villa’s architecture while offering privacy and aesthetic appeal.

• Garden & Landscaping:
  The garden blends greenery with functional outdoor spaces, including pathways, flower beds, and seating areas. A mix of local plants and decorative elements enhances the villa’s natural beauty and creates a serene environment for residents and guests.

• Lighting & Ambiance:
  Outdoor lighting highlights the villa’s architectural features, pool, and garden, enhancing the overall ambiance during the evening. Strategic lighting creates both safety and visual impact, emphasizing the luxurious character of the property.

• Material & Color Palette:
  Natural stone, wood, glass, and high-quality finishing materials are used to give the villa a timeless, elegant look. Neutral and earthy tones are combined with subtle accents to maintain modern sophistication.
